Son Funciones Del Grupo De Pagaduría: A) Percibir Los Ingresos Del Ministerio

Articulo 28. Son funciones del Grupo de Pagaduría

a)

Percibir los ingresos del Ministerio.

b)

Efectuar oportunamente el pago de los gastos y servicios.

c)

Situar, por intermedio de los funcionarios competentes, en las respectivas oficinas, las partidas previstas en los contratos celebrados con los Departamentos, Municipios y demás entidades.

d)

Guardar los valores y garantías, en la Caja.

e)

Situar fondos y verificar su situación, en las agencias o pagadurías auxiliares.

f)

Vigilar las agencias o pagadurías auxiliares.

g)

Llevar libros de Caja, hacer arqueo diario y rendir informe diario. IX - De la Sección de Servicios Generales.
