ARTICULO 27 . LICENCIAS REMUNERADAS. Los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, de acuerdo el régimen de prestaciones sociales tienen derecho a licencias remuneradas por enfermedad, maternidad o por aborto. Para autorizar licencia por enfermedad se procederá de oficio o a solicitud de parte, pero se requerirá siempre la certificación de incapacidad expedida por autoridad competente.
