Quien Pretenda Adquirir Por Prescripción El Dominio Sobre Un Predio De Los Contemplados En El Primer Parágrafo Del Artículo 1o Del Presente Decreto, Deberá Haber Poseído En Los Términos Del Artículo 1° De La Ley 200 De 1936, Durante El Tiempo Exigido Para Cada Tipo De Prescripción
