Apruébase el convenio celebrado el 28 de abril último, entre en Poder Ejecutivo i los señores Koppel Scharader, como apoderados de las Compañías “Unida” i “Alemana,” sobre reconocimiento de la suma de cien mil pesos que debe pagarse a dichas Compañías, como valor de las reclamaciones que han hecho por uso i daños de los vapores Victor, Vengoechea, Tequendama, Isabel i Murillo, ocupados por el Gobierno del Estado soberano de Bolívar en los meses de julio a octubre del año próximo pasado.
