Gastos operativos. El Fonsecón podrá destinar recursos a gastos operativos, logísticos y de administración, que sean estrictamente necesarios y estén directamente relacionados para evaluación, aprobación y seguimiento de los programas y proyectos. En ningún caso, estos gastos podrán superar el 3% del Plan Anual de Inversiones de que trata el numeral 3 del artículo 2.7.1.1.6.

Artículo 2.7.1.1.4. Gastos operativos. El FONSECON podrá destinar recursos a gastos operativos, logísticos y de administración, que sean estrictamente necesarios y estén directamente relacionados, para evaluación, aprobación y seguimiento de los programas y proyectos. En ningún caso estos gastos podrán superar el 1.5% del Plan Anual de Inversiones de que trata el numeral 3 del artículo 2.7.1.1.6.
