En cualquier estado del proceso disciplinario se podrán decretar pruebas de oficio en orden al esclarecimiento de los hechos objeto de investigación y de ello se pondrá en conocimiento al notario para que las controvierta en el término de ocho días. Este auto no es susceptible de recurso alguno.
