° . Seguimiento y control . Las Entidades Territoriales, las Autoridades Ambientales y la Dirección para la Acción Integral contra Minas Antipersonal podrán realizar en cualquier tiempo, visitas de control y seguimiento para verificar el cumplimiento del presente decreto. De no cumplirse las buenas prácticas y medidas establecidas, dichas entidades, impondrán las medidas preventivas, sancionatorias o a que haya lugar con el fin de impedir afectaciones a la población civil y el medio ambiente.
