Art. 2.° Las concesiones que se hayan hecho i que se hacen al Banco de Bogotá por este contrato, se hacen estensivas a los demás Bancos que se establezcan en la Nación, siempre que se sujeten a las mismas condiciones i den las mismas seguridades.
