La cesación en el servicio activo, de las clases técnicas de la Fuerza Aérea, antes de quince años, o después de este lapso, en los casos en que no haya lugar a sueldo de retiro, se denomina separación y retiro cuando tiene lugar después de este lapso con derecho a prestación social.
