Base mínima y máxima de cotización. En ningún caso la base de cotización podrá ser inferior al monto de un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, salvo lo dispuesto en la Ley 11 de 1988 para los trabajadores del servicio domestico. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 145 del Decreto 1298 de 1994, el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud podrá limitar la base de cotización a 20 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
