Retiro por conducta deficiente. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional serán retirados del servicio activo por conducta deficiente, cuando deben de asistir al servicio por más de diez (10) días, consecutivos, sin causa justificada. Sin prejuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
