El Instituto Nacional para Sordos, Insor, coordinará con otras entidades del Estado del nivel nacional y territorial, la realización de foros, seminarios, cursos y encuentros pedagógicos, que permitan dar a conocer las disposiciones de la Ley 324 de 1996 y las establecidas en este decreto, que faciliten su correcta aplicación.
