Art. 176. Siempre quelos introductores abandonen las mercaderías en pago de los derechos, los Administradores de Aduana fijarán carteles para su remate dentro de los cuatro dias siguientes.

El remate se hará con intervención de la primera autoridad política del lugar, ante el Administrador,

Contador i Guarda–almacén, en almoneda pública.

Pagado el valor del remate en dinero al contado, las mercaderías se entregaran al rematador.
