° El Administrador General tendrá a su cargo la administración de los ferrocarriles, bajo las órdenes inmediatas del Consejo. El Consejo, cuando lo estimare conveniente, puede pedir al Gobierno el cambio del Administrador General, y en tal caso, el Gobierno procederá a hacer un nuevo nombramiento en la forma establecida en el artículo 3° del presente Decreto.
