Las autoridades registrales deberán garantizar la efectividad de las medidas adoptadas en el marco del Decreto Ley 4334 de 2008, sobre los sujetos, operaciones y negocios, para lo cual deberán crear códigos registrales que garanticen el registro de las decisiones administrativas y judiciales, tales como "medida cautelar sobre negocios y operaciones objeto de intervención" y "Transferencia de Dominio para la integración de la Masa de Intervención", o las que se consideren adecuadas y necesarias al efecto.
