°. Los empleados y trabajadores nacionales en uso del derecho consagrado por el artículo 291 del Código Político Municipal, tendrán derecho a la Prima o bonificación de Navidad, en el caso de que hubieren prestado servicio, por lo menos, durante siete (7) meses de cada año.
