La visita será presidida por la autoridad política correspondiente, y si ésta no concurriere, por uno de los respectivos Agentes del Ministerio Público. El Visitador o Visitadores deberán concurrir a la oficina visitada. Si ésta fuere la de una corporación, los Visitadores serán recibidos en el salón de audiencias, en el que deberán estar presentes todos los Magistrados y Secretarios y al que concurrirán cualesquiera otros empleados que fueren llamados por el Visitador.
