INTERESES EN CASO DE REEMBOLSO DEL VALOR DE LAS PRESTACIONES OTORGADAS POR EL INSTITUTO. Cuando haya lugar al reintegro o reembolso del valor de las prestaciones que hubiere suministrado el ISS, se causarán intereses corrientes a la tasa bancaria a partir de la fecha en que el Instituto las hubiere cancelado u otorgado. Así mismo deberán cancelarse los intereses moratorios bancarios desde la fecha en que se ordene el reembolso.
