º. Las Cajas de Ahorros actualmente existentes tendrán hasta un año de plazo para ajustar sus inversiones a las disposiciones de este Decreto. Mediando justa Causa la Superintendencia Bancaria, con aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda, podrá prorrogar el término fijado en este artículo hasta por 6 meses más. La transgresión de lo dispuesto en este artículo será sancionada por la Superintendencia Bancaria haciendo uso de las atribuciones que le confieren la Ley 45 de 1923, las leyes reformatorias de la misma y sus decretos reglamentarlos.
