- Establecer en once noventa y cuatro centavos ($0,1194 COP) por cada mil pesos de moneda corriente colombiana ($1.000COP) de los activos totales, la tarifa de la contribución a cobrar a las sociedades sometidas a la vigilancia o control de la Resolucion Superintendencia de Sociedades, correspondiente al año 2025, que no estén en las situaciones previstas en el artículo siguiente.

PARÁGRAFO: En ningún caso la contribución podrá exceder del 1% del total de las contribuciones, ni ser inferior a un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, equivalentes a (123,23) Unidades de Valor Básico – UVB de 2025.
