Artículo primero . Establécese en el Instituto San Juan del Córdoba, Municipio de Ciénaga, Departamento del Magdalena, el premio "Pedro Pablo Salzedo", para el mejor alumno de último año.

Parágrafo

Este premio consistirá en una suma de dinero igual al producido anual de la asignación testamentaria hecha al Instituto San Juan del Córdoba con tal fin por don Pedro Pablo Salzedo.
