Régimen Presupuestal . El presupuesto de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME), hará parte del Presupuesto General de la Nación y será presentado al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público-Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional para su estudio.

Parágrafo

Este presupuesto será sufragado por Ecopetrol S. A., o quien haga sus veces; por la Agencia Nacional de Minería (ANM) o quien haga sus veces; por Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional S. A., o quien haga sus veces; y, por Interconexión Eléctrica S. A., ISA S. A., o quien haga sus veces, por partes iguales. Estas entidades quedan facultadas para apropiar de sus respectivos presupuestos las partidas correspondientes. CAPÍTULO V Disposiciones varias
