Transitorio . Obligaciones de las Agencias de Aduanas. Las obligaciones de las agencias de aduanas contenidas en los numerales séptimo, once y veinticuatro del artículo 27-2 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, y sus correspondientes infracciones, respecto de las declaraciones presentadas en vigencia de dicho Decreto, se mantienen vigentes y exigibles por el término de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto.
