- CONCERTACION. Las Juntas Administradoras Locales promoverán reuniones con asociaciones cívicas, profesionales, comunitarias, sindicales, juveniles, benéficas o de utilidad común no gubernamentales, cuyo radio de actividades esté circunscrito a la respectiva comuna o corregimiento, a fin de consultar prioridad en la inversión o ejecución de obras públicas que sean de su cargo (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 135).
