Las empresas cinematográficas extranjeras que soliciten autorización para realizar filmaciones en el territorio nacional, deberán invitar a dos técnicos y/o actores colombianos, cuando se trate de películas para la televisión, y a cuatro técnicos y/o actores colombianos, cuando se trate de producciones cinematográficas, quienes deberán ser sugeridos o aprobados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
