Art. 2294. El acreedor no podrá pedir la rescisión del contrato, aún en el caso de no pagársele la pensión, ni podrá pedirla el deudor aún ofreciendo restituir el precio, i restituir o devengar las pensiones devengadas, salvo que los contratantes hayan estipulado otra cosa.
