Quórum y decisiones. Habrá quórum deliberatorio y decisorio con la asistencia de dos (2) de los miembros de la Junta de calificación de invalidez respectiva. Las decisiones de las Juntas de Calificación de invalidez se adoptarán, en audiencia privada, por la mayoría absoluta de los votos de que trata el inciso anterior. Las decisiones de la Junta se tomarán en forma verbal, pero cuando sea así solicitado por uno o más de sus miembros, el voto podrá darse en forma escrita o secreta.
