Parágrafo

al artículo 30 del Decreto 4735 expedido el 2 de diciembre de 2009, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Por gozar de especial protección del Estado, se otorgarán autorizaciones temporales a las sociedades que desarrollen actividades agrícolas, pecuarias, pesqueras, forestales y agro-industriales, mientras estas tramitan solicitud de concesión sobre bienes de uso público, donde existan construcciones e inmuebles por destinación que permitan la prestación inmediata de este servicio, siempre y cuando cuenten con su respectiva autorización ambiental.
