Vigencia y derogatoria. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y la expresión incluida en el artículo 111 de la Ley 99 de 1993, modificado por el artículo 210 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, relativa a “Los recursos de que trata el presente artículo, se destinarán prioritariamente a la adquisición y mantenimiento de las zonas”.
