Los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales que queden excedentes, ó que por cualquiera otra causa obtengan Letras de Cuartel é de licencia indefinida, tendrán derecho á raciones y auxilios de marcha hasta el lugar en que, conforme al artículo 78 del Código Civil, se hallaran domiciliados cuando recibieron la comunicación de llamamiento al servicio. No se les liquidarán raciones, pero sí auxilios de marcha, si se retiran del servicio, gozando de pensión.
