Artículo doce. Recibida una documentación en la Secretaría de la Corte Suprema de Justicia se dejará constancia del hecho en un libro radicador, y se repartirá a los Magistrados, siguiendo el orden alfabético de sus apellidos. Cada Magistrado dispondrá de diez (10) días ara el estudio de las pruebas y documentos que le hayan sido entregados.
