ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.15 . SANCION POR INCUMPLIMIENTO. Las corporaciones financieras que al cierre de cada semestre, presenten defectos en las inversiones de capital serán sancionadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria con una multa del uno por ciento (1%) mensual del valor del defecto durante el primer semestre y del dos por ciento (2%) mensual del valor del mismo, por cada período semestral subsiguiente.
