º. Los certificados de ahorro de valor constante, serán expedidos por sumas superiores a 100 UPAC, con plazo no inferior a 6 meses. Si no se cancelaren al vencimiento pactado, se entenderá que quedan prorrogados por períodos sucesivos iguales al inicialmente acordado. Estos certificados serán irredimibles antes de su vencimiento.
