A partir del 1º de enero de 1987, el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones, PROEXPO, asumirá en su totalidad el costo fiscal de los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario, CERT.

Mensualmente, el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones, PROEXPO, entregará a la Tesorería General de la República una suma igual al valor de los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario, CERT, recibidos en el mes inmediatamente anterior por las Direcciones Generales de Impuestos Nacionales y de Aduanas del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de acuerdo con la certificación que para tal efecto expidan.
