La Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía Nacional estará integrada así:

1. El Ministro de Defensa Nacional o su delegado, quien la presidirá;

2. El Director General de la Policía Nacional o su delegado;

3. El Subdirector General de la Policía Nacional;

4. El Subsecretario General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional;

5. El Jefe del Departamento 4 del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares;

6. El Director Administrativo de la Policía Nacional.
