Los hispanoamericanos por nacimiento que pidan ser inscritos como colombianos ante la municipalidad del lugar en donde residen, deben comprobar igualmente que llenan las condiciones señaladas en los incisos a) y f) del artículo 6°, así como la corrección de su conducta en el tiempo que hace residen en el territorio nacional.
