Autorízase a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para elevar su capital hasta cien millones de pesos ($100.000.000). El Gobierno suscribirá y pagará, a medida que se requieran las necesidades de la Caja, acciones de las correspondientes a este aumento, y para el efecto queda facultado para celebrar los contratos y realizar las operaciones de crédito interno o externo que sean necesarias.
