Comité técnico interinstitucional de educación ambiental. El Consejo Nacional Ambiental creará y organizará un Comité Técnico Interinstitucional de Educación Ambiental, integrado por funcionarios especialistas en educación ambiental, representantes de las mismas instituciones y organismos que hacen parte del Consejo, que tendrá como función general la coordinación y el seguimiento a los proyectos específicos de educación ambiental.

El Comité Técnico tendrá una secretaría ejecutiva que será ejercida por el funcionario que represente al Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
