° También liquidarán los Inspectores Subalternos los derechos fluviales correspondientes al ganado que no vaya destinado directamente á Barranquilla, y sobre aquellos otros productos que en circunstancias iguales indique el Ministerio.

Parágrafo

Cualquiera duda que ocurra en el desarrollo del presente Decreto será inmediatamente sometida a consideración del Ministerio aludido. Comuníquese y Publíquese. Dado en Anapoima, á 31 de Diciembre de 1909. RAMON GONZALES VALENCIA Bogotá, Enero 4 der 1910. El Ministro de Hacienda, simon BOSSA
