Para Efectos De La Inscripción, Deberán Allegarse Por El Interesado Los Siguientes Documentos: A) Una Fotografía De 2

Para efectos de la inscripción, deberán allegarse por el interesado los siguientes documentos

a)

Una fotografía de 2.5 x 4.5 cmts. de frente, con fondo azul claro;

b)

Dos fotocopias autenticadas de la cédula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad;

c)

Declaración de renta de los padres o certificación de ingresos;

d)

Fotocopia autenticada de las cédulas de ciudadanía de los padres;

e)

Registro civil de nacimiento. CAPITULO IV Exámenes de aptitud sicofísica.
