Asignación

Decreto 1921 de 2012 · por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 12 y 23 de la Ley 1537 de 2012

Asignación. El Fondo Nacional de Vivienda expedirá acto administrativo de asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda en especie a los beneficiarios señalados en la resolución emitida por el DPS. La resolución de asignación por parte del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda será publicada en el Diario Oficial.

Parágrafo

Ni la entidad otorgante ni el DPS asumirán compromiso alguno con los postulantes que no queden incorporados en los listados de beneficiarios contenidos en la resolución de asignación.
