Liquidación de cesantías . La Empresa, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Decreto 311, de 1968, deberá liquidar y entregar al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, las cesantías de sus empleados.

Parágrafo

Solamente cuando se trate de trabajadores ocasionales, accidentales o transitorios, que ocupe por tiempo no mayor de un mes y cuya labor sea distinta a las actividades normales de la Empresa, pagará directamente las cesantías sin estar obligada con el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro.
