°. Distribución de los empleos . El director general de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares (CREMIL) distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a la que se refiere el artículo 3 del presente decreto, mediante resolución y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la entidad de conformidad con la normativa vigente.
