No quedan comprendidos en la disposición del artículo anterior los terrenos que hayan sido adquiridos mediante títulos legales, con anterioridad a diez (10) años o más; los que hayan sido adquiridos por remates judiciales legalmente registrados; los que hayan reclamado el Cabildo con anterioridad a la vigencia de la presente Ley, y aquellos que hayan sido ocupados y poseídos quieta y pacíficamente con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Ley 89 de 1890 .
