º. Cuando el acto o contrato no se refiera a inmuebles ni a derechos radicados en esta clase de bienes, el impuesto se pagará íntegramente en el lugar de otorgamiento del instrumento, y si se trata de actos judiciales, en el lugar donde se hubiere seguido el juicio.
