Parágrafo 1

Esta partida será incluida en la Ley de Apropiaciones durante los años a que la presente Ley se refiere, o en su defecto, el Poder Ejecutivo abrirá los créditos necesarios

Parágrafo 2

Después de invertidas las sumas que se vota para la preparación de los monumentos históricos durante los años expresados, se apropiara en los presupuestos anuales una suma prudencial, destinada a la conservación de los mismos.
