Destinación de los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones para Salud-Aportes Patronales. Los recursos de que tratan el parágrafo 2 del artículo 49, inciso 3 del artículo 53 y el artículo 58 de la Ley 715 de 2001, serán destinados a cubrir el valor de los aportes patronales para pensiones, cesantías, salud y riesgos laborales, de los servidores públicos de las instituciones de prestación de servicios de salud de la red pública y de las Direcciones y/o Secretarías Departamentales, Distritales y Municipales de Salud, que se dedican al cumplimiento de funciones de prestación de servicios de salud.
