La Nación reintegrará al Municipio de Santander (Cauca), la suma de cincuenta y tres mil pesos ($ 53.000.00), que el Gobierno Nacional tomó del auxilio decretado a favor del Municipio por la Ley 179 de 1938 , e invirtió en pavimentar parte el sector de la Carretera Bolivariana que atraviesa la ciudad de Santander, obra que era de cargo de la Nación, al tenor de la Ley 175 del mismo año.
