De la Comisión de Personal . La Comisión de Personal del Departamento, está integrada por el Secretario General, quien la preside, el Director General de Inteligencia, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Director de Recursos Humanos y un representante del personal de la Institución. Hará las veces de Secretario un funcionario abogado designado por la propia Comisión.
