°. Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto 2897 de 2006, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 1°. Para efectos de la evaluación del Sistema General de Participaciones y liquidación de la Participación de Propósito General y programas de alimentación escolar del Sistema General de Participaciones, para la vigencia fiscal de 2007, se tendrán en cuenta los informes de ejecución presupuestal presentados en el Departamento Nacional de Planeación hasta el 30 de junio de 2006, en medio físico y/o en medio magnético, en el mismo término. La información así reportada deberá ser refrendada por el Contador General de la Nación de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 72 de 2005”.
